FAQs - Value Packs

Q: What happens after I purchase a value pack?
A: Once you’ve purchased a pack, you can begin booking sessions in a way that suits your pace. Some people prefer a regular rhythm, others allow space between sessions depending on what’s unfolding.

Each session is only deducted once it’s been attended or forfeited, and your pack remains valid for 12 months. If it feels easier, I can also support you with booking.

Q: How often should I book sessions?
A: When you’re first starting, it can be helpful to meet weekly for around 4 to 8 sessions. This gives us time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation.

From there, we can find a rhythm that feels supportive for you, whether that’s ongoing weekly sessions or something more spaced out over time.

Q: Do you offer lower-cost or sliding scale sessions?
A: I offer a limited number of lower-cost places to help make counselling more accessible.

These are set at a reduced individual session rate and are available depending on current availability. If this is something you’re needing, you’re welcome to reach out or mention it when booking a connection call.

Q: Can I claim Medicare or private health insurance rebates?
A: Medicare rebates and private health insurance are not available for these sessions.

Some people find that the value packs offer a more consistent and comparable investment, while allowing you to access support without needing a referral or care plan.
