Online Counselling Therapy
Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing

Experience therapy that’s personal, deeply human, and led by a registered Gestalt therapist with lived experience and insight.

It is natural to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by self-doubt. These are not signs of failure, they are simply part of being human. Often they signal that something deeper is asking to be seen. Counselling gives you a space to pause, reflect, and gently explore what is really happening beneath the surface.

Online counselling Australia-wide offers a flexible and accessible way to receive support, all from the comfort of your own space. Whether you live in Sydney, a regional area, or anywhere across Australia, you can connect with a qualified counsellor who works with you in the present moment.

By noticing thoughts, feelings, and patterns as they arise in daily life, therapy helps you understand yourself more fully and open the door to meaningful change. I offer professional online counselling via secure telehealth, with support for a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and the focus is always on creating a safe and supportive relationship where you can begin to build self-awareness and resilience. Together we can explore how your environment and relationships influence your wellbeing, enabling you to make self-regulating adjustments that enhance your overall health and wellbeing. For some, online counselling is a flexible alternative to in-person therapy. For others, it is simply the most accessible way to receive consistent support that fits into everyday life.

If you are navigating stress, moving through life transitions, or wanting to strengthen your emotional wellbeing, online Gestalt counselling provides a space to talk openly and grow in self-understanding.

When challenges build up, they can affect not only how you feel but also your relationships and daily life. You do not need to push through alone. Online counselling can help you notice early signs of struggle and give you tools to address them in supportive ways.

Taking the step to reach out is not always easy, but your first session can open the way to clarity, growth, and personal change. You are welcome to connect with me through the online form or book your free connection call. Only a few details are needed to begin.

Accessible Online Counselling
Across Australia

Get professional support wherever you are in Australia through secure telehealth. Whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or a regional town, online counselling is flexible, private and practical, removing travel and long waits.

Sessions are personal, professional and grounded in Gestalt therapy. You meet with the same therapist each time for continuity and care that builds over time. My practice aligns with the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards (ACSQHC) to support safe, effective online care.

For many clients in regional NSW and interstate, online counselling provides consistent support close to home while staying connected with the same therapist who knows you well. The space is inclusive, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming.

How do I choose
the right therapist for me?

It is important to start with fit and qualifications.

In your first conversation:

  1. Notice your sense of ease and safety.

  2. Do you feel heard, respected, and at a pace that suits you?

  3. Does the counsellor’s style resonate with how you like to work?

  4. Then, check the essentials such as registration and training

  5. Ensure the practicals work, such as availability and fees.

  6. Pause for yourself before deciding.
Give yourself a little space after the call to notice what stayed with you, what felt supportive, and what did not.

  7. Choose the person who genuinely resonates with you and the change you are seeking

Quick checklist

  • Rapport: do I feel at ease and understood

  • Registration: PACFA-registered, ACA or relevant body, Insured?

  • Training and approach: Gestalt, somatic, CBT, or what suits my needs

  • Practicalities: availability, session format, fees

  • Inclusivity: LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally aware

  • Security: private, secure telehealth

Who provides mental health care in Australia

What is Gestalt therapy
& how can it help?

Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness, helping you notice patterns, understand your needs and respond with more clarity. It supports a range of mental health concerns and works well online via secure telehealth across Australia, including regional areas, at a pace that suits you.

How Gestalt therapy helps

  • Notice patterns. Understand your needs. Respond with more clarity.

  • Stronger self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Healthier communication, boundaries and relationships

  • Helps build resilience and manage challenges

  • Practical skills for everyday mental wellbeing

What to expect in online sessions

  • A calm, respectful space to notice what is happening now

  • Supportive exploration of thoughts, feelings and body cues

  • Practical tools you can apply between sessions

  • Clear goals reviewed together over time

How we might work together

This approach goes beyond techniques. It is about presence, connection and the way we relate. We stay close to direct experience in the present moment. Rather than analysing or diagnosing, I sit beside you, supporting awareness, personal responsibility and the unfolding of new possibilities.

When useful, we may explore

  • Present-moment experiments and mindful awareness

  • Two-chair or empty-chair dialogue

  • Somatic noticing and simple grounding practices

  • Field perspective: noticing how your environment and relationships shape experience

  • Practical, CBT-informed tools to support clarity between sessions

My Approach

Hi, I’m Priscilla (she/her). I am PACFA-registered and trained in Gestalt therapy, with somatic and CBT-informed tools. Practising Gestalt therapy allows me to help clients build resilience, manage challenges and develop practical skills for improved mental wellbeing. Through increased awareness and compassionate support, clients can move towards clarity, balance and a renewed sense of self. This is why I offer Gestalt therapy as a foundation for growth, healing and meaningful change.

Life’s hardest moments can become turning points. Therapy gave me that chance, and it is an honour to hold that space for others. My style is client-focused, steady and practical. We work with awareness rather than pressure, so change can unfold with clarity and self-respect. A holistic, relational approach. Gestalt looks at the whole picture, mind, body and environment, using ideas from phenomenology and field theory. The relationship we build is central. We work at your pace, with care and respect, and I keep the space inclusive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. What happens in sessions. We start with what is happening now. Together we notice thoughts, feelings and body cues, and how your context shapes them. When useful, we may use gentle experiments, two-chair or empty-chair dialogue, somatic awareness and simple grounding practices. I also draw on CBT-informed tools for clarity and practical skills. If a quality-assured online program suits you, I can help you integrate it alongside counselling. Unfinished business and integration. Many people carry “unfinished business”, protective patterns or unresolved feelings that once helped but may no longer serve. Bringing these into awareness allows new choices. We honour what has protected you, and support integration at a pace that feels safe. Background and training. Gestalt therapy was developed in the mid-20th century by Fritz Perls, Laura Perls and Paul Goodman, and it continues to evolve through contemporary practice and research. I am PACFA-registered and trained in Gestalt therapy, with somatic and CBT-informed methods. My style is client-focused, steady and practical.

Why this matters

Gestalt shifts the question from “How do I fix this?” to “What am I experiencing right now?” That simple shift builds awareness, which strengthens boundaries, communication and self-support. Over time, many clients describe more flexibility, less reactivity and a clearer sense of what matters most.

How does counselling and Gestalt therapy
support your mental health?

Counselling offers a steady space to notice what is happening now and build self-support. Gestalt therapy develops awareness and practical skills so you can respond rather than react. Together, they can reduce anxiety, ease burnout, strengthen relationships and support clarity through life transitions and much more.

Together, we explore long-held patterns, unmet needs and inner tensions with curiosity, not judgement, building emotional resilience from the inside out. Whether you are navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety or deeper mental health issues, this work creates space for meaningful healing. It supports symptom relief and also grows your capacity for change, presence and authentic connection. We will check in on goals and track progress over time. Gestalt also honours your wider context. Using field theory, we look at how relationships, community and environment shape your experience. Therapy can support family relationships, improve communication and help resolve conflict. Through present-moment awareness in each session, we notice what is ready to shift and what needs care. Over time, this supports everyday functioning and wellbeing so you can participate more fully in daily life.

Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, this work invites a deeper, more empowered relationship with yourself. My counselling practice is dedicated to quality, accessible support tailored to your needs.
